Synopsis:

Can obsession with art make us forget love?

The performance explores the intimate world of the great artist Katsushika Hokusai, so absorbed in his creation that he neglected his wife Koto’s illness. After her sudden death, Hokusai is haunted by remorse and by the memory of having neglected his beloved. All these thoughts and feelings he poured into his final masterpiece, The Dragon above Mount Fuji.

What did he find there? An emotional story about art, love, and regret.
